Hotel Dorica

Very good location, just a few minutes from Termini Station or Republica Metro. The area is excellent, within walking distance from the city center. It is very safe. The hotel room was very clean, seeming recently renovated. Cleaning was done daily, with towels changed every day. Rebecca from the recepion was very nice and welcoming.

The friendly staff and the location just away from the main attractions and night life but that said it was within 5 minutes of that and 15 minutes walk from the main railway station but 2 minutes from the best ice cream parlour in Rome (photo of the front of the parlour attached) :) Our room was quite large with good clean bedding and a great shower. We also had a TV and fridge and lots of space to store our things during the stay.

The room was a little bit dark and one of the smallest at the hotel (larger rooms were with double-bed), but for the price it is was excellent value. Clean modern bath, cleaning of the room everyday. Electric kettle and small refrigator at the room. No breakfast, but excellent breakfast is available just outside the hotel at a café. The hotel is surrounded by excellent restautants.

This hotel was great. The location was central and close to everything by walk or even bus/metro The staff really nice and helpful The rooms have everything you will need and are very clean. Everyday the housekeeping would come and clean the room and if we are low on something like toilet paper she would add more The hotel has an elevator (not so common) but if you dont want to use it there is not many stairs only 1 floor Also the communication with the hotel through messaging was really good they fulfilled all our requests and were very helpful with booking transfers. Thanks to hotel dorica for making our stay in rome so wonderful.

Staff very friendly - arrived boiling hot and flustered and the owner delivered complimentary cold water bottles while we checked in. The room had beautiful high ceilings and was spotlessly clean. Overlooked the Ministero dell'Interno, which is guarded by police day and night so in turn we felt very safe! There was always hot water, air conditioning, a fridge in the room. Clean bedding, large bed and fluffy towels. The rooms are on the 4th floor and there’s a great little lift. Location is 10 mins from Termini, 5 mins from one of the hop on hop off bus stops and 2 mins from Via Nazionale where all the major bus routes are available.
